Retrieval of Student Belongings

Dear Families, We are delighted to finally be in a position to provide you with an opportunity to retrieve student belongings. In keeping with Covid-19 measures currently in place in our Province, and the guidelines set out by NLESD, we will be having  curbside/drive through pick up on Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st on the lower parking lot (Student Drop Off Lane) of MQP.  As per District direction,  we are only permitted 7 vehicles per 10 minute time slot.  To organize pickup we will be using the  OPTIS System.  This is the same system we use for the scheduling of parent/teacher interviews and it is very user friendly. We are asking our families to book  ONE appointment slot per family  for pick up using our Optis System. In cases where you have multiple children, staff will reconcile the list so that siblings belongings are included during the time slot you select.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate families picking up for other families at this time.
