Haunted Walk for Gr. 5 & 6

MQP is pleased to announce that our 1st Annual MQP and Kenny’s Pond Retirement Residence Haunted Walk will take place for grades 5 and 6 students on Thursday, October 31 starting at 12:40.

Students will be permitted to dress up in their Halloween costume at approximately 12:20 for the Haunted Walk to begin at approximately 12:40. Please be reminded that due to limited space inside the foyer at Kenny’s Pond and for safety concerns, students will not be permitted to wear inflatable costumes, costumes that will limit movement nor will they be permitted to bring along accessories such as simulated weapons. Simple costumes with light make up and masks will be permitted.

Then they will join some of the residents of the retirement residence as they walk around Kenny’s Pond displaying their spooky costumes. Afterwards, they will visit residents inside the home, collect treats at treat stations set up in the foyer of the building before returning to school.
