Preparing NLESD Students with Autism for Back to School 2020
While going back to school is always a transition for students, this year we are facing a lot of unknowns and new realities.
For our students with Autism, transitions are an area of particular concern that need some careful consideration.This session is designed to assist families to learn general transition tips and how best to work with school staff to support a student’s transition back to school.
District staff hope to help alleviate uncertainties and help make the transition back to school as smooth and comfortable as possible.
